I'm finally asking.

I've asked a few friends about this already, but no one seems to be able to help.
How do you render a video in HD???
So far, every video I render isn't completely HD. ESPECIALLY when I use HQ clips. Those times I actually get these big black bars on the side.
Please help me out! >_<
All I need is the settings or whatever. I need to know how to render in HD, while keeping the quality ok.

There's a High Definition setting for Vegas in the Properties tab. You have to use that, and sit and wait.

and i think playingxfavorites' settings had already fit perfectly with your criteria . It has HD options and it's also in high quality .
While mine, imo, doesn't provide HD options, and the quality isn't that high too D;
